At The Addison Group, we believe meaningful change begins with small acts of generosity. That belief is the foundation of Every Little Bit Counts, our firm's philanthropic initiative supporting the communities where we live and work.

What Is Every Little Bit Counts?

Every Little Bit Counts is The Addison Group's employee driven charitable giving program, launched in August 2019. Each month, our team members nominate a local nonprofit or charitable organization that is personally meaningful to them. The Addison Group then makes a donation on behalf of the company, giving our employees a direct hand in supporting the causes making a difference in their communities.

What started as a simple idea has become a core part of our culture. By empowering our team to choose organizations that align with their own passions and values, Every Little Bit Counts ensures our giving reflects the full range of interests and commitments across The Addison Group.

How the Program Works

Every month, employees are invited to nominate a nonprofit close to their heart. From those nominations, one organization is selected to receive a company donation for that month. Over time, this simple monthly rhythm has added up to support for dozens of organizations across a wide range of causes, all driven by the people who make up our team.

The Causes We Support

Every Little Bit Counts has helped fund organizations across nearly every corner of community life, including:
