Canterbury Amenity Center – Thompson’s Station

The existing amenity center for the Canterbury subdivision in Thompson Station had outgrown its neighborhood, with a single pool serving a growing number of families. The Addison Group designed a second, family-friendly pool built around children ten and under, allowing the original pool to serve adults and older kids. Pool depth, sun shades, a beach entry, water features, and clear sightlines for parents were all central to the design, giving Canterbury families a resort-style amenity built around how they actually use the space.
