CK is a Fractional COO with more than 30 years of experience in business and operations. With a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, she specializes in operations management, process improvement, strategic planning, business development, and talent acquisition. CK enjoys helping clients tackle challenges with thoughtful, tailored solutions and turning ideas into actionable plans and successful outcomes. Most of all, she values building strong relationships and making sure clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

Outside of work, CK enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, relaxing at the beach—her self-proclaimed “happy place”—and enjoying life on the family farm. She also loves driving her Jeep and sharing her love of ducks with fellow Jeep enthusiasts. CK’s family includes two service dogs, Crue and Onyx, and, in true farm fashion, a pet alligator!
